氨氮試驗的執(zhí)行過程涉及在波紋板表面噴涂黃色顯影劑，并在IBS空間（主保溫屏蔽空間）內(nèi)注入氨氮混合氣體，維持正壓環(huán)境。當(dāng)氨氣在焊接缺陷處泄漏時，與顯影劑接觸即發(fā)生顏色變化，實現(xiàn)漏點的精確定位。此檢測方法的靈敏度遠(yuǎn)超傳統(tǒng)滲透檢測，為儲罐的安全運行提供了堅實的保障。
值得一提的是，LNG薄膜罐技術(shù)代表了液化天然氣大型儲罐領(lǐng)域的前沿技術(shù)水平。該項目也是大港油建公司乃至管道局首次承接的大型LNG薄膜罐項目。為確保項目的高質(zhì)量完成，大港油建公司提前做好硬件投入和人員技術(shù)儲備，建設(shè)完成MarkⅢ型陸地薄膜罐模擬艙，并于2023年取得法國GTT公司頒發(fā)的認(rèn)證證書，相關(guān)人員也通過了資格考試認(rèn)證，具備了承攬該項目的準(zhǔn)入資格。項目施工中，團(tuán)隊全體參建人員不畏艱難，邊干邊學(xué)邊研究邊提升，成功克服了施工中的重重挑戰(zhàn)，完成了從理論到實踐的蛻變。
This test is a key step in eva luating the tightness of the membrane tank, and its results directly reflect the construction quality of the membrane system of the inner tank. In this test, tank 7, operated by Dagang Oil Construction Company, performed well, with only 48 leak points found, significantly lower than the 100 leak point standard set by French GTT company. In the same period of the second and third stage of 6 film tank tests, tank 7 ranked first with excellent results. This test not only verified the excellent quality and performance of the main shielding layer of the film tank, but also demonstrated the strength of Dagang Oil Construction Company in management and construction technology.
The execution process of the ammonia nitrogen test involves spraying yellow developer on the surface of the corrugated plate and injecting ammonia nitrogen mixture into the IBS space (the main insulation shielding space) to maintain a positive pressure environment. When the ammonia gas leaks at the welding defect, the color changes when it contacts with the developer, and the accurate location of the leak point is realized. The sensitivity of this detection method is much higher than that of the traditional penetration detection, which provides a solid guarantee for the safe operation of the storage tank.
It is worth mentioning that LNG thin film tank technology represents the cutting-edge technology level in the field of LNG large storage tanks. This project is also the first large-scale LNG thin film tank project undertaken by Dagang Oil Construction Company and even the Pipeline Bureau. In order to ensure the high-quality completion of the project, Dagang Oil Construction Company has made hardware investment and personnel technical reserve in advance, completed the construction of Mark III land film tank simulation cabin, and obtained the certification issued by GTT Company of France in 2023, and the relevant personnel have passed the qualification examination certification, with the access qualification of the project. In the construction of the project, all the team members were not afraid of difficulties, and they successfully overcame many challenges in the construction and completed the transformation from theory to practice.
